Consultation & Billing

Yes. We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. Our free consultation is by phone, and an appointmnet is required.

You may choose from multiple options. If you decide to retain us, we offer different fee structures so you can choose the method that best suits your circumstances. We take the time to understand your needs and offer you a payment plan that is tailored to your specific situation.

Three options are available. You may choose to pay an hourly fee or a flat fee, or you may pay as you go.

Legal Representation

No. We will work towards obtaining the client’s desired outcome, but we cannot and will not promise or guarantee a specific outcome. Any statements or comments about the outcome of the client’s matter are solely expressions of opinion.

It varies. Legal matters may take several months to years to be concluded either by trial or settlement. We take the necessary steps to obtain an early resolution in our client’s matter, but depending on the cause of delay, we may have little to no control over the length of delay.

Yes. To be able to represent you in a legal matter, either with full representation or with limited scope, you must sign a written agreement. The agreement specifies the description of our services, the fees, and other important information. We cannot take any steps in your case until a retainer is signed.
