We represent clients before the Human Rights Commission in relation to discrimination cases in protected social areas including employment, goods and services, contracts, accommodation, and association and based on protected grounds (e.g., race, national and origin, creed, disability, sex and sexual orientation, family and marital status, etc.). We also represent individuals who have experienced discrimination on prohibited grounds in relation to a federally-regulated organization (e.g., banks, airlines, and transportation and telecommunication companies).
